We decided to take a little ride down a bike trail by our apartment on Saturday. It was rainy this past weekend and a little chilly. But considering that it was snowing in Salt Lake, I was happy for chilly and not down right cold. ;)
We had to go to the storage units to get the bikes and then up 1/2 a block to maverick to fill up the tires on the bike trailer. Can you say muddy?! Our tires were covered before we even got on the bike trail! lol!
Once we finally got going, the boys really had a good time. The trail was down by the Virgin River. We didn't see any charanchalas (thank goodness!) but did see a few bunnies. After going along the river for a little bit, we ran into a spot where the trail was washed away by the river. I should of gotten a picture of it. It was quite funny. So we turned around and went the other way. And guess what? We could only go a little ways in the other direction before the trail was washed away there too.
So that was our grand adventure. Maybe next weekend we will take the trail towards town and see where we end up. :-)
